Talent Acquisition Specialist

WhiteSource is a successful, rapidly growing start-up offering a unique cloud-based solution of open-source management and security.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our awesome and talented recruitment team.

What will you do?

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, focusing on roles across R&D, Product, Marketing, Sales and etc.
  • Hire end-to-end in Israel and assist our global sites.
  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Knowledge in sourcing by databases, social media, etc.
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including, performance management, talent management, recognition, changes in management, and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting 
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote employer branding
  • Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment

 Desired Skills:

  • at least 5 years of experience as a Recruiter in a global company-Must
  • Experience in leading processes in the HR field –Must
  • Solid ability to conduct behavioural interviews
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting for tech and HQ roles
  • English – High level/Fluent – Must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Collaborator and a team-player – an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Knowledge in Comeet- Advantage
