You have experience in email marketing and/or marketing automation and are looking to take your experience to the next level? Then we want you! We’re seeking someone who wants to build our new demand-gen program from the ground up. You identify yourself as a self-starter, savvy with marketing technologies, a lover for data and possess excellent writing skills, and enjoy working across teams. You will be researching, developing and building new programs using a multi-channel approach (email marketing, social media, and more.) Above all, you will need the right attitude – an ability to learn, the desire to grow personally and expertly, and the aim to produce outstanding campaigns that will nudge our leads towards a sale, in a way that still feels human and will convert.
- Build from the ground-up and execute the demand generation programs across the various stages of the buyer’s journey.
- Deploy targeted demand gen programs via account-based methodologies.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline.
- Build and manage email campaigns from A – Z (Content, design, testing ,deployment, analytics.)
- Measure results of programs and continuously optimize.
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes and A/B tests.
- Experience in building the strategy and managing email marketing programs, lead nurturing processes and lead scoring rules from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation/email tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Self-starter mentality. You are expected to take full ownership and build something from nothing.
- A data-driven mindset and experience with analysing campaign results to provide business recommendations.
