- Expand the company’s market share and contribute to achieving its aggressive sales targets in the region.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities within commercial companies.
- Work with the company’s management team to define and implement our sales & GTM strategy.
- Create account planning and proactively drive the opportunity to closure.
- Being an excellent teammate, working well with other stakeholders driving the deal (SE’s, SDR’s and CSM’s) while helping others thrive in the process.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in sales roles – Must.
- Hunter mentality with relentless capabilities – Must.
- Access to decision-makers within the application, security, software development, and DevOps areas (CISO, VP Engineering etc.) – Advantage.
- Strong understanding of the application security arena, including buyers’ drivers & actors – Advantage.
- Experience working for international organizations/start-ups in growth mode.
- Being highly organized with the ability to complete organizational tasks through the company’s various applications (SFDC, etc.).
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
- English & Japanese at mother-tongue level- Must
