Account Manager/Renewals Team

WhiteSource is seeking a skillful Commercial Renewals Account Manager to be a part of sales activity in the US. The commercial Renewals Account Manager is responsible calling on an existing WhiteSource customer base. With the goal to reducing churn, upselling and cross selling. 

Location: Eastern United States (Home Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of subscription renewal process and cadence with existing customers
  • Meet and exceed renewal targets each quarter
  • Identify upsell opportunities and maximize the customers’ lifetime value
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Customer Support, Engineering, Product and Customer Success teams 
  • Develop a business and technical proficiency with all WhiteSource solutions
  • Monitor customer satisfaction across service lines

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account especially with mid-market accounts
  • Experience managing commercial activities (RFPs, contracts, quotes, negotiations, proposals, payments, and so forth)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to fit customer needs
  • You are passionate about growing into a career in sales and focused on self-development and excellence.
  • Self-discipline, focus, and strong time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment
  • Dynamic, high energy, very strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions preferred
  • Bachelors’ degree in a related field
