Global Diversity and Inclusion at WhiteSource

When everyone belongs, we all thrive.

At WhiteSource, we believe in the potential and the power of diversity and inclusion.

We feel it is our core responsibility to promote diversity and inclusion and to integrate these values into everything we do.

As a global company with offices worldwide, we know that diversity and inclusion mean very different things depending on what part of the world you live in. Our team is both global and local. For us, diversity means taking a unique and sensitive approach to each region and culture. While we’re not yet perfect in achieving true diversity, we are constantly striving to be better and more inclusive.

Achieving Our Goals

Our culture is open, honest, and non-political. Our goal is to achieve diversity and inclusion along the lines of gender, race, disability, age, religion, and sexual orientation. We achieve this through the following efforts:

  • We actively recruit underrepresented communities.
  • We use agencies that specialize in diverse hiring.
  • We sponsor employees who do not hold US work visas.
  • We opened an office in the north of Israel that allows us to hire and recruit minorities, including Muslims and Christians.
  • We recently completed an Arabic-language hiring campaign, which included billboards in Arabic, to introduce the company to Arabic speakers and help recruit this underrepresented population. We engage on social media to recruit team members from different countries, especially multilingual personnel.

Our Corporate Culture

We work hard to foster a culture where everyone feels valued. We are aware of existing biases and work toward eliminating them wherever possible through the following programs:

  • Strong anti-discrimination policies
  • Diversity awareness training
  • Promoting pay equity
  • Acknowledging multiple religious holidays and honoring diverse cultural practices
  • Tracking our progress over a period of time
  • Encouraging a multilingual workforce
  • Using inclusive language We engage on social media to recruit team members from different countries, especially multilingual personnel.
