Active Storage before 8.0.5.2 and 8.1.x before 8.1.4.1 passes uploaded files to ImageMagick through the image analyzer without restricting coders, allowing unauthenticated arbitrary file write, and file read with the Disk service (GHSA-f3w6-w445-fwh9).
